Returns & Exchanges
If you buy something but it's not everything you dreamed it to be, no worries, we're here for you!
Products may be exchanged or returned for reimbursement within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. If you are making an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping on the returned product, but we will cover the cost of shipping a new replacement item out to you. In addition, there is a restocking fee on all medium, large & extra-large floor mats that are returned: $40 for medium mats and $50 for large mats & extra-large floor mats. The restocking fee is deducted from the original total cost of the product.
No returns on discounted or sale items, but we will do our best to facilitate an exchange.
To ensure you make the right choice in size and design, we recommend that you:
- Tape out on your floor the size(s) of the mat(s) you’re considering for your space. Painters tape is a risk-free option for your floor and will give you a good sense of what size would work best in your space
Please note that we are unable to reimburse custom products unless a product defect has occurred, in which case the product default policy outlined below will apply and we will gladly replace the product free of charge.
For faulty or defective products:
Please contact us via email at email@example.com and include a detailed description of the problem and photos to demonstrate the product issue. If the product is found to be defective or faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
